Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. A replacement will be provided at no additional cost.

Change-of-mind returns: Due to the custom nature of limited-edition artwork, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Damaged or Defective Artwork

Every canvas is carefully produced and inspected before shipment. If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the artwork and packaging. A replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is produced specifically for your order and limited-edition quantities are carefully managed, returns and exchanges for change of mind, sizing preferences, or décor compatibility are not accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
